Currently in second year of my undergraduate degree for Maths with Economics BSc at the University of Sussex. Expected graduation 2014.
Experience
Provided AS and A2 maths students, some of which fellow classmates, with tutoring of a wide range of modules including Core Maths, Statistics, Decision Maths, along with Further Maths all up to an A2 standard. During secondary school at key stage 4, I tutored year 9 students with help and preparation for their SAT's exams. I also helped lower years, especially year7 students, with basic concepts of algebra. First year undergraduate results - 86% across all modules. A-Level Results: A* Maths A Further Maths A Psychology A Economics GCSE Results: A* in Maths, French and double science. A in Statistics, Graphic Design and English (Language and Literature) B in Drama and ICT. For me , if you believe that educating and making people enjoy a subject simultaneously is the most important thing with teaching, then you have a healthy and positive attitude for doing it. I have learned that overtime, I have found the passion and desire to go on and help other people in finding their potential for maths, whilst at the same time, finding enjoyment in sharing my gift for the subject.

Hobbies
Not only do I concentrate on mathematics, but I have found interest in sport particularly tennis and cricket. I also enjoy being artistic, and have a fondness with pencil drawings. Away from that I enjoy most forms of music from 60's classics towards the modern music of Indie Pop culture. Finally I am interested in outdoor activities and get involved with cycling and walking expeditions.
